Before you decide to cancel your account at the platform of Future Study Space (hereinafter "company", "we", "us" or "our") , please carefully read and fully understand this "Instructions for Account Cancellation" ("this Instruction"). If you start the cancellation process according to our cancellation operation process, or you check this Instruction and start the next step, it will be deemed that you have agreed to all the contents of this Instruction.
You acknowledge and agree that while your account is cancelled, the following consequences may occur, including but not limited to, and you will be solely responsible for them:
1 Once you apply to cancel your account on our platform, you will not be able to use that account to log in or use our any services;
2 The Personal Data under your account will be deleted or anonymized ( unless otherwise provided by applicable laws and regulations ) which includes but is not limited to: user name, head photo, recharge and consumption records, usage records , etc. Please be aware and understand that we will retain the relevant network log records of this account within a reasonable time according to the applicable laws and regulations.
3 You agree that once you agree to this Instruction or cancel your account, you will be deemed to have waived the rights and interests  that have been generated during the use of this account and may be generated in the future ( if any ). We have the right to clear all the rights and interests under this account, including but not limited to: membership rights ( if any ) ; purchased but unexpired services ( if any ) , etc. You will be solely responsible for the consequences;
4 Once your account is cancelled, it cannot be restored.
5 Once your account is cancelled, the relevant other rights and obligations will be terminated accordingly (unless otherwise provided by applicable laws and regulations). However, even if your account is cancelled, it does not reduce or exempt you from the relevant responsibilities and obligations that you need to bear during the period you use your account, including but not limited to possible breach of contract liability, damages liability and performance obligations.
Before you apply to cancel this account, in order to protect your account security and related rights and interests, please be sure to check that this account you apply to cancel has met the following conditions at the same time, including but not limited to:
1 The account is legally owned by you;
2 The relevant rights and interests in the account have been settled or properly handled, including but not limited to membership rights and interests and other related rights and interests. Please properly handle your rights and interests. If you do not handle them, it will be deemed that you voluntarily give up the rights and interests.
3 The account has no unfinished orders,including but not limited to orders related to membership services. If they are not processed, it will be deemed that you have voluntarily terminated the relevant orders and waived the relevant rights and interests.
4 The account has no disputes and is not under any investigation.
Once you submit your account cancellation application, it will be deemed that you have completed the check and confirmed that the account you applied has met the above conditions.
After you submit your account cancellation application, we will accept and process your application as soon as possible, and the processing time shall not exceed 15 working days.
